Research Focus

I am a graduate student in Biology at SUSTech, specializing in bioinformatics with a focus on epigenetics and cancer research. My research interests center on:

  • DNA Methylation: Understanding epigenetic modifications in disease contexts
  • Tumor Biology: Investigating molecular mechanisms of cancer development
  • Epigenome Editing: Exploring therapeutic applications of epigenetic modifications

I work primarily with Shell, R, and Python to analyze genomic and epigenomic data, bridging computational methods with biological insights.
